Your doctor will develop a treatment plan for you based on many factors. Some of the factors you doctor will consider are the location of the cancer, its size, the type of cancer, its extent and what stage it is at.
Treatment can involve surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, or combinations of these.
Each of these treatments may result in side effects.
